Ransomware can deliver panic and sow confusion with an organization. In addition, the hackers often watch from inside the network and cook-up ways to cause additional mayhem. Practicing for cyberattacks is key to minimizing the damage by helping employees understand the menu of options and how to address situations where there seems to be no good choices. We will discuss communication plans, who should have a seat at the table and the ingredients necessary for a successful response. Using on-screen poling, this rapid-fire session will test participants’ ability to respond to an evolving set of facts.
