The School of Compliance provides those tasked with compliance-related functions with the knowledge needed to navigate various payment-related rules, laws, and regulations and understand the implications for business decisions. The School of Compliance, and its contents, are available via the NEACH University enrollment process. Graduates of The School of Compliance will be given a greater understanding of payment channels, what compliance considerations exist, and how to implement appropriate controls. Topics such as payment channel overviews, regulatory frameworks, payment-related BSA and AML implications, PCI-DSS, and lines of defense will be explored.
This program benefits those working in roles directly or indirectly involved with compliance-related oversight. The School of Compliance is critical to NEACH University’s goal of helping institutions proactively meet compliance-related obligations.
