The School of Retail Banking provides those working in frontline banking roles with a greater understanding of payments. The School of Retail Banking, and its contents, are available via the NEACH University enrollment process. Graduates of The School of Retail Banking will be given an overview of payments and a better understanding of their role, requirements, and benefits in financial services. Topics such as a payment overview, applicable rules and regulations, consumer and business offerings, modernization, and fraud will be explored.
This program benefits those in front-line banking roles who want to expand their knowledge of payments. The School of Retail Banking allows NEACH University to reach a new audience and help them better understand how payments impact financial institutions, customers, and employees.
